An amazing Tiny Home! The team, Brad, Juan and Russ were stellar. The team of people they had come to our property to do work were great. The Tiny Home team responded to every question I had and never made feel like it was dumb question. The team always had solutions for my different ideas. They were patient and always returned my call within 30 minutes if they didn’t answer immediately. I had everyone’s number and got a live person. I would highly recommend this team!! We are extremely glad that we used THOT for our build! After researching and speaking with some other contractors, they felt like the best fit. Brad Jones was great from the first visit. Everything is taken care of. Planning,  permits, inspections and more. Juan Romero was very attentive in explaining everything along the way, and the head contractor, Russ Carasta is amazing! He made sure we were happy with every phase! And barring some monsoon activity, stayed on schedule! He took care of any little issue that we asked about and really cares about his finished work! He is still checking on us after the casita was done. I highly recommend THOT for your project. It is life changing for us to be able to live on the same property with family! Our Casita has just been completed and we are excited to furnish it.  Brad, Juan and Russ were great to work with.  They took all the time we needed to explain, review, discuss and explain again! They wanted to make doubly sure we knew what to expect as far as construction schedule and payments. First, people are the key in any business,  especially building a new home from scratch! Brad Jones was a pleasure to deal with thru the whole process.  He did NOT ding me for every possible change order, he was very fair,  which I hear is exceedingly rare in custom builds! Russ was equally the star of the show as the GC. His deep knowledge was brought to bare and whenever something didn't go as expected,  he fixed it with the tenacity of a dog with a bone and the intensity of a honey badger! You need him in your corner of you want to build quality, on time, at reasonable costs in tucson! Doubt anyone is better than him. Like most custom builds, not perfect. Lots of permit delays which wasn't brad's fault. Brad worked his butt off on permits and kept me informed. Had issues with appliance ordering but brad went above and beyond to correct and now has russ handling appliances going forward, which should totally fix that bump in the road. After 2 houses built with them, i can say with confidence that If brad and russ are on the job, you are in very good hands, likely the best there is in tucson!

Tiny Homes of Tucson built an amazing Casita for us!!!  Their pricing was fair and fully transparent, with no hidden surprises at closing. The crew and all subcontractors were polite, highly skilled, and respectful of our time.  The supervisor, Russell, was awesome and always available if we had any concerns.  Brad and Juan were so helpful in working on floor plans, layout and fine details. We were extremely fortunate to work with the Tiny Homes Team (Brad, Juan, and Russ) who created a custom casita for my mom with dementia. They worked to make it fit into our backyard and to our requirements. While the longest part was waiting for the city to approve, the second they got it, they were there the next day! We are very happy with their work, communication, and dedication to get the job done as quick as they could without sacrificing quality.
