Founder / Owner
Brad started Tiny Homes of Tucson to help more people access affordable, innovative housing. He leads our company’s growth, development planning, and partnerships across Southern Arizona. With years of experience in real estate and construction, Brad keeps us focused on quality, integrity, and lasting impact.
Russell Jones
Master Builder
Russell brings over 20 years of hands-on building experience in Southern Arizona. As our licensed contracting partner, he’s on-site making sure everything is built right, every time.

Deanna Jones
Vice President
Deanna makes sure every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. She handles finances, contracts, and the client experience—so you always know what to expect, from your first conversation to project completion.
Juan Romero
Director of Pre-Construction and Operations
Juan is your go-to for everything that happens before building begins. He leads design coordination, budgeting, permitting, and makes sure every project starts off on the right foot. Juan works closely with Tucson and Pima County officials to keep things moving.
